About Robocode
A pathway, not a club.
We help children move from passive consumers of technology to active creators of it, through structured coding and robotics education built on BCS-accredited qualifications.
Mission / 01
Equip the next generation with real skills.
To equip 6–17 year-olds with real-world technology skills through joyful, hands-on learning, transforming them from consumers to creators with practical outcomes.
Vision / 02
One million young people, by 2031.
By 2031, one million young people worldwide mastering technology, character, and purpose, through 50 Robocode centres and 50 licensed partners.
What 400+ families come back to, every week.
Four values that decide everything.
- Build, don't consume.
- Active creation over passive consumption. We model what we teach, we make, we don't scroll.
- Character + competence.
- Skills and qualifications matter; so does how you carry them. Discipline, integrity, humble confidence.
- Inclusive by design.
- SEND, home-education, faith communities, academic, hands-on, one centre, one welcome.
- Hands-on rigour.
- Fun and serious in the same hour. Real tools, real builds, real outcomes.

The team behind the idea.
You won’t meet us in a Studio Lab, that’s the Mentors’ job. We’re the people who built the system they teach.
Khaled Ayad
CEO & Founder
Khaled founded Robocode with the conviction that every child in the UK should have a route into robotics and coding, regardless of background.
Ahmed Ayad
CTO & Curriculum Director
A mathematician by training, with hands-on experience across the tech disciplines Robocode covers. Ahmed leads curriculum design across the programmes.
Dr Ramy Abdallah
Centre Manager
Dr Ramy oversees daily operations across our centres, bringing academic rigour and a strong pastoral focus to every Robocoder's learning experience.
Sadaf Ahmad
Head Mentor
Sadaf leads our teaching team, designing lesson plans that combine technical depth with the warmth children need to stay engaged across years.
